Plumbing Sales Associate

Position Overview

Modern Bathroom is looking for qualified salespersons with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in decorative plumbing showroom sales. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of the major plumbing brands' products. Qualified candidates must have a can-do, positive attitude, be approachable, well dressed and detail oriented with excellent customer service skills. Primary responsibility is to maximize sales volume as well as to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sales representative must assist customers through product selection
• Must have an understanding and experience in decorative plumbing industry.
• Providing customers with accurate information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability with accompanying specification books
• Act as a point-of-contact for technical questions from customers, identifying and resolving client concerns
• Must be able to work on Saturdays

Participation and Follow-up Requirements

• Follow-up calls and emails as required to close outstanding quotes
• Candidate will receive thorough training

Skills, Capabilities and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in decorative plumbing sales
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and with email
• Quickly and efficiently produce high quality results
• History of previous work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
